In fact, this statement is more of a marketing ploy or, among the common people, it is "false" , the fact is that meat contains the same essential amino acids as glycine (many know it in the pharmacy as the drug "GLYCIN" , "GLYCESED", etc. to normalize the nervous system and sleep) and tryptophan (tryptophan-based drugs produce drugs for stress, as well as to prolong life, etc.)

By becoming a vegetarian, a person removes many "toxic" and difficult to digest foods. Therefore, at first you can feel a surge of energy.
However, meat (poultry, fish, eggs) is a natural "concentrate" of nutrients.
To compensate for the rejection of meat, you need to balance the vegetarian diet for protein, vitamins and other nutrients.

Since people who earn on physical activity and energy do not believe in it, I certainly do not I will.
Until I get scientific evidence, of course.
