March, 2021Not from a medical point of view, but from my own experience, I will say that my stomach hurts in the morning either because of the nerves "spent during the night" when I could sleep, or because my stomach is corny to eat. I think that in both ways an unequal system, connecting other organs, thus tells us "Thank you so much, my man, for such a wonderful insomnia for all of us!"
(I spoke, by the way, without taking into account any diseases like gastritis and somatic disorders, that is, from the position of a healthy person in this regard.)
