The fact is that due to evolution, our body is accustomed to "rough" food, the liver constantly needs to digest food. Yes, it is more convenient and faster to eat "such" pills with a certain nutritional value, but the liver will atrophy and after a while, it will refuse! And there are such pills, but not on sale.
There are freeze-dried meal replacements that must be diluted with water to create a creamy soup that replaces a full meal. Only they cost significantly more than regular food, from about 300 rubles per serving.
I somehow got to the hospital, to the department of maxillary surgery. The name implies that at some point it was impossible to "move the jaws". And there is something you want! They brought me a special meal - such a bottle with a capacity of 250 ml, it contains a liquid similar to very liquid yogurt, with a nutritional value of 1200 kcal (!). I drank such a bottle and was full all day. It would probably be easy to turn into a pill.
But I see two problems here.
The body is not a fool, it’s used to chewing something, and protests against liquid instead of food, as if it’s not enough - because the stomach has nothing to do))
What about the pleasure of eating? After all, cooking is a whole art, it's a pity to deprive yourself of pleasure.
Well, a pill is not a pill, but medical nutrition has existed for a long time. It is used in malnourished patients when a balanced diet is required - one packet of such food replaces a full meal. As a rule, this is a powder that is diluted in water, or an already diluted concentrate with a preset content of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, trace elements and vitamins.
I used these sometimes when I studied at the university - it is convenient, but not tasty .
