An interesting question.

Such mixtures exist, but they are intended for patients who, for one reason or another, cannot eat (enteral nutritional system "ENPIT", parenteral nutritional complex)

If we take healthy people, then most likely it will hardly be possible to create such a mass for widespread consumption.

We are people. We are different.

And therefore we must take into account:

  • individual metabolism

  • place of work and nature of activity (for counting colorage)

  • place of residence (we take calories for different areas)

  • the state of the gastrointestinal tract (no matter how corny it may sound, but absorption of nutrients is much more important than the amount)

  • personal eating habits (CNS controls eating habits)

In view of the above, it is quite costly and difficult to develop this system. Plus, you need to use an individual approach.
