I come to the clinic today and say "give me my card, well, nada." They do not require a passport or something like that, that is, they give it to the left person, before this slight movement of the hand, they very ugly ripped a sheet out of it ("we will need it just about, but you will not"). This is me for storing data in clinics. A similar gadget is not a problem, the same fitness bracelet will do. But you need to put a configured server in each clinic, teach the workers not to kick it and take the data from there correctly, and you're done. In the meantime, it remains to be content with all sorts of "Health" in iOS or similar programs in Android.

Friends, the state of clinics in many cities now leaves much to be desired. The only method of tracking a patient's health is a card system (I'm talking about a patient's outpatient card now) and a word called clinical examination, which is arranged every three years. That's all.

You can scold this system for a long time. There are reasons for this. But so far, no panacea has been invented.

In a normal situation, health indicators should be assessed by the citizen himself, since the application is there. I do not think that manufacturers of gadgets will be able to create one that would allow assessing all vital functions of the body.

In the realities of Russian medicine, there has recently been a tendency for patients to self-diagnose and self-medicate. And then what? The question is rhetorical.

I conclude

This gadgets will not be entirely appropriate due to their complexity and high cost. It will be much more useful to popularize a healthy lifestyle and fight obscurantism.

Have you seen the state and the slave. Personnel in Russian clinics? It is far from modern technology. Besides, there is complete bureaucracy. Everything is on paper and medical records.
To track ALL indicators, your gadget must have built-in MRI and X-ray machines (at least) that occupy the whole room. Not such significant devices are already built into smartwatches and bracelets, iPhones have a "honey card" function into which you can independently enter your body data. You can independently monitor them, and send them off via SMS to your local doctor, having previously agreed with him)
