January, 2021I used to donate blood with pleasure. I took it for the first time in my student years, for this I was entitled to a legal day off, and earlier they took truancy much more seriously than now - they could be expelled. As far as I know, donating blood is good for the body. Unfortunately, 20 years ago I had jaundice and now I have no right to donate blood, alas.

Someone thinks that there are enough people who donate blood, why even more, especially if you have the most common blood type. And some cannot do this because of their own state of health, since there is an impressive list of contraindications to donation. Somehow I tried to donate blood, but they threw me off simply because I weigh less than 60 kg + I have a stomach disease, which is one of the contraindications to donation.

There are many conditions to become a donor. The feeling that constant donors are simply not needed in the Almaty center. When a patient needs blood, doctors say what relatives and friends would donate for him. And apparently the doctors are satisfied with this.
