April, 2021My practical experience (working with people and with myself) says that the state of our body is only an indicator of the state of health of our psyche. The health of our body is like the lights on the dashboard of a car - when a problem in the engine is signaled by a certain light. If some kind of illness or abnormality appears in the body (some kind of light bulb lights up) it means that there are deviations from normal operation in the psyche (engine). It doesn't matter what kind of deviations it is (acne, acne, hemorrhoids, hernia, arthritis, impotence, oncology, enuresis, etc.), this is just an indicator of mental problems. It is necessary to remove these deviations in the psyche, then the body will return to normal by itself. This direction in medicine and psychology is called "psychosomatics". People with a healthy psyche do not get colds, they do not get sick at all.

April, 2021Our body declares problems, but it does not create them. He describes where to solve them. It is we who create problems for the body, using, forcing it for our own purposes, for our whims, for the fulfillment of our temptations, desires, passions and lust, seeking to satisfy boredom, hunger, needs, the irrepressible boredom of a fussy mind tempted by irritants.
