For a long time I had the AC / DC song - She Likes Rock'n'roll on my alarm clock. And I really love AC / DC. And the song didn’t start to annoy me, didn’t get tired, it still rocked me.
It turns out that the answer for me was: I love, rushing me.
Man, in principle, is prone to addiction. We get used to the taste of spices and the food no longer seems too spicy to us, we get used to hot tea and can already calmly drink hot tea, and as a child we burned our tongue ... safe) the brain forms the command "do not react". And we sleep peacefully on.
I would not advise you to fight the habit. In this particular case, it makes no sense. We must fight for the motivation to wake up. Have you noticed that if something very long-awaited and pleasant is ahead of you in the morning, you calmly wake up? That's it, that's it. Try to look for the positive in every next day, and maybe the situation will somehow return to normal?
And of course, the regime! If you go to bed early in the morning or work for years without a vacation, soon the herd of elephants will not lift you. Yes, it's corny, but ... if you don't take care of yourself, then who?
Try to buy a bracelet with a smart alarm function. Works without sound, wakes up with vibration, which is why you always wake up. I use this and it seems much more convenient than an alarm clock. Another plus is that it does not wake the surrounding people, unlike an alarm clock.
