They don't give it. And for a very long time. In the USSR, there was an oath of Soviet doctors and it was not very similar to the Hippocratic oath.
That's right, historical memory.
Nobody has given the Hippocratic Oath for 25 years at least. It says something like "... I swear to the gods, I will faithfully serve people, entering the patient's house, I will not harm him ..." and much more. I swore some kind of solemn oath in the 1st year, but, like the Hippocratic Oath, it does not commit to anything in itself. We have laws. This is a formality.
