Sleep paralysis is a borderline state between sleep and wakefulness. Part of the consciousness is still in the subtle world with its inhabitants, the other has already awakened, therefore it can clearly see and feel their presence. If you see something creepy, it is an indicator of "dirt" in your mind or in the surrounding space. So that the inhabitants of the lower astral do not visit you, you need a prayer before bedtime, only good, kind, wise films and books.

Because, unlike the real one, there is still a transparent (otherworldly) world invisible to us. During sleep, it opens up for people (also in alcoholics during delirium tremens) and you can hear and sometimes see what we do not see in a normal, normal state. Some of the dead probably wanted to tell you something (they are sometimes released on holidays from the places where they are kept after death). They come to where they used to live, see how their relatives and acquaintances live, try to talk to them. These are the spirits of dead people, although some living people can do this.

Sleep is one of the types of death, death at minimum wages. In the sense that the human soul is incomplete in the body. Dreams are of three types. 1 Good-good, informative, with a feeling of calmness from the Almighty. 2 Personal experiences of a person are confused, incomprehensible, but not disturbing. 3 Nightmares are a type of dream in which these very paralysis occur. This is the game of devils. The Almighty allows genies from a group of devils to mock people. Genies can take on different images. It is better not to tell anyone about such dreams. Because as the dream is deciphered (no matter who), everything will come true, and Allah knows best.

There are Higher Forces that have no name, They are neither Good nor Evil. They are Creators (Creator, if you like). People are experiment, play, hobby or study. Or maybe even a bet with the Higher Forces. Many people are not given to know this, but for some some secrets of the universe are available to varying degrees and understanding, to someone in dreams, someone in art, someone in genius, feats or superpowers. Those who are not yet ready are dreaming, feeling something strange, frightening or joyful. But, someday, we will all be ready, free or perish.

Because that's the nature of the human brain. Many people see terrible things during sleep paralysis, like someone sitting on their chest for example (a cat, a woman, etc.). You better stop being afraid of these things, these are fantasies of the mind, although they look realistic.

This state is a sign of the "connection" of consciousness and subconsciousness (soul), arising on awakening in the REM sleep phase. At such a moment, lasting for several seconds, the consciousness "sees" with the vision of the subconscious, which has access to the sensation of the All-embracing reality, and not only its material part, felt by a waking person. The reason for today is not clear, but I am inclined to believe that at this moment the carrying information frequencies of the soul and consciousness coincide. This condition can be controlled and prolonged for quite some time. Mikhail Raduga has made significant practice and substantiation in this matter. The methodology and possibilities of practice are described in his books "Phase. A Practical Textbook" and "Phase. Breaking the Illusion of Reality", as well as on his website https://aing.ru/. The fear of death, fear in this state, causes the corresponding circumstances in the surrounding reality, intensifying this fear, as well as the sleep paralysis itself. The ability to overcome this fear and use the phase for its own purposes opens the practice to truly overwhelming opportunities.

Sleep paralysis is a ubiquitous phenomenon in post-Christian society, a direct contact between a person and the dark side of the spiritual world. In modern Russia, whole generations who grew up without God were thrown to the mercy of demons. Most modern people regularly meet with attacks of fallen spirits, for hundreds of thousands of people, daily sleep is a habitual dose of total horror that a person gets used to over time. As soon as demons do not mock people, what horrors they show. People describe in detail how they see dozens of demons who mock them, shackled with horror. For some people, every night is a struggle to survive. And only when a person begins to try, despite the paralysis, with a huge effort of will - to pronounce the words of the Orthodox prayer, the demons retreat. I know of many cases when, during sleep paralysis, people began to say famous Orthodox prayers, although they had not even heard them before.

The bottom line is that sleep paralysis is an interesting thing. I will put it this way in simple terms. Sleep paralysis is when you are already awake. But your brain did not have time to switch from sleep to reality, as a rule, this feeling can be 15 seconds, you can see anything. For example, I ran into this about 5 years ago. I have a strange dream, I am in a dark corridor, and at the other end walks a grandmother in a black robe, such a humpbacked one. Goes here and there. Then I wake up, I can't move. But I see this grandmother walking by the window! And then I think, that's it, the end! Vegetable and I'm finished! I remember a terrible feeling of fear. But then she disappeared and I came to myself ...
