January, 2021Let's look at checkups from the client's side, not the clinic? Checkups are a very profitable complex for the client, because, as a rule, it contains a discount due to the "package offer". In addition to saving money and time, the client receives a comprehensive professional approach to solving his health problem. This is his main need. Do not come and get tested for cholesterol or do an ECG, but understand the state of your cardiovascular system and, if necessary, get a treatment plan from a professional.
I will turn to check-ups from the LECHU network of medical centers, which were developed precisely from the point of view of benefit for the client. The medical component of everyone is paramount. Nothing superfluous, no divorce, only the most basic thing that will help the doctor make the correct conclusion about the state of health.
In the LECHU network, checkups are presented by honey. directions and are a very popular service lechy.ru. The low cost of the issue and the absence of unnecessary elements for which you do not need to overpay also play a role here.
It's great that many clinics are promoting health prevention among the population, offering customers a very convenient way in the form of checks.

January, 2021Checkups have become very popular in the segment of commercial medical services, we can say that today the supply has increased sharply in relation to demand. Indeed, where would demand come from if even the word checkup did not exist before?
Checkup (from the English check-up check, control) in the medical sense means a health check. In general, this is equivalent to the prophylactic medical examination that was developed in the Soviet Union. The only difference is that it is now a commercial service. The rest of the approach remains the same - a complete check of the health of the main systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, nervous system, etc.) and organs for diseases that are most common.
It is important to understand that there are many checkups, each clinic offers its own individual program. Someone divides the checkups by organs and systems, for example, a cardio checkup. Such programs are carried out by people who know that they have a history of cardiovascular diseases in their family.
There are general checks that are aimed at identifying the most common diseases - atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, ophthalmic diseases.
Checkups can be customized for a specific person. There are several ways to customize. The simplest is a survey, when the examination program is based on the complaints of the patient himself. If there are complaints, it is most likely that the pathological process in the body has been going on for more than one day (although there are exceptions).
Another method of personalization involves various analyzes. For example, you can make an individual program based on a combination of blood and urine tests. This is a very effective approach because changes in tests most often occur long before a person has the first symptoms. This approach allows detecting diseases at an early stage.
But the most modern way of personalization that is available to us today is genetic testing. The effectiveness of this method is recognized by many European and American doctors. Its beauty is that genes do not change throughout life, and a person is actually born with a predisposition to certain diseases, this is recorded in his DNA. Now, for most diseases, it is already known exactly what changes in DNA affect health, the risks of diseases and the effectiveness of drugs. Even if the pathological process has not yet been started, and the person is completely healthy, it is possible to identify weak points in advance in order to conduct an examination with special care at the annual check. We are all different, and these differences can be captured using a DNA test and can easily personalize the examination plan for each individual person.
One personalization method does not replace another, but only complements it. A complete picture can be obtained by combining genetic testing, laboratory blood and urine tests, a survey, instrumental examination (ECG, ultrasound, etc.).
Why do you need an annual check-up? To avoid the “point of impossibilitygate ”, when the disease can still be cured completely or complications can be avoided. Unfortunately, it is very easy to cross this line, and many go to the doctor when the symptoms of the disease significantly impair the quality of life. If you go through a general check-up once a year or two (it takes 1 - 3 days), you can avoid non-treatable diseases, identify them at an early stage, start treatment on time and safely approach old age, see grandchildren and great-grandchildren and live much more quality life in general. Of course, this requires a certain level of awareness, because sooner or later something will be found on the next check-up, and this should be taken calmly, because the disease or deviation will be detected at an early stage and the chance of recovery will be great.
