And once again, as a cancer patient, I am perplexed, where do you get all this from? Which TV or Internet? Who tells you nonsense about "loneliness" and where did you get the idea that the state is not aware that people are sick with cancer?

I treated cancer under the compulsory medical insurance policy. My mother treated cancer under the compulsory medical insurance policy. Several more of my relatives were treated for cancer under the compulsory medical insurance policy. Different types of cancer, but quite adequate treatment. Meanwhile, Zhanna Friske was treated for 3000 bucks a day and died, and I was treated in the city dispensary and alive.

Because clinics, technologies and specialists specializing in the treatment of oncological diseases are several times (if not tens and hundreds of times) less than necessary. And there are many patients, much more than the existing state clinics can serve.

Because in Russia people and human life are not valued at all, it is unprofitable for the state as a system to take care of its sick citizens - it does not need them, they bring losses. You need to pay for treatment, for rehabilitation, pay a pension, etc.

The state, like a machine, is aimed at raising money to the budget with all kinds of taxes, fines and fees, with the subsequent distribution of a huge part of this money from the budget among the small a group of interested individuals in positions of authority (and persons affiliated with them) under a convenient pretext.

Your delusion is that the state does not know about the problem.
In fact, it knows and uses it in the interests of the same small group of people - government officials in collusion with business representatives. Not always, but often these are the same people, close friends or relatives.

For example, a ban on the import of foreign drugs, "analogues" of which we have and are produced in our country, is a law that is adopted in favor of manufacturers (owners factories) "analogues" of these drugs in Russia. Analogues are ineffective with a bunch of side effects due to the replacement of these drugs, patients develop complications, they die. But that doesn't bother anyone. Because the goal has been achieved - competition is reduced, drug prices are increased (they always rise when competition decreases) - and the right people get big money by selling often bad and low-quality (compared to illegal drugs) goods at inflated prices. These people make money on death. They are not interested in solving this problem, they are interested in maintaining the situation and extending it for as long as possible.

The law allowing the import of the so-called. Orphan medicines was adopted only 5 years ago (!!!) with the initiative of the private fund "Give Life" -

Thus, private foundations are small groups of people (doctors, nurses, organizers, volunteers) interested not in making money, but in spending it wisely for the sole and main goal of replacing the state where it is itself unable to help people. They do their little job by hook or by crook, often at great risk.

Sorry if I disappointed you.

Public medicine also treats cancer and is quite successful. Another thing is that sometimes the package of services offered for compulsory insurance is not enough. For example, if the tumor is such that for a more positive result a more advanced or specific technology is required, which is not used in Russia. Or you need an urgent surgical intervention, and it’s a turn for it. Etc.
