I will support the views of the above and add on my own that workers of the professional type "man-to-man" are most susceptible, because their specialties are more than others based on the communicative part with clients / subordinates / colleagues. Deformity of a different kind often contributes to burnout syndrome (EBS). This is a separate syndrome that does not lead to the best consequences. Professional deformation unconsciously leaves a professional psychological imprint on human behavior in everyday life. For example, a lady named O. blames someone for all problems every time. Well, still, she is a prosecutor by profession!

Or, an "evil teacher" is capable of scolding an unfamiliar teenager even in public transport.

Usually, PD arises against a background of dislike for the profession or, on the contrary, excessive confidence and fanaticism in her, increased nervousness and unwillingness to work. In order not to spoil your personality with all sorts of oddities, you need to try not to neglect stereotypical professional behaviors and try to control your mind and actions.

Deformation of the psyche occurs over time in people of any profession: doctors, lawyers, teachers, military men, law enforcement officers, salespeople - they all change, which is already here.

For example, journalists also become more cynical (for a long time you won't work if you pass every news about a murderer or any problem through yourself), is more superficial (in our country few people can devote 5-10 years of their life to one topic, and therefore we need to understand a little bit and in many ways). Over time, categorical judgments appear, a mentor tone, and imaginary omniscience. Many people simply burn out emotionally.

Well, problems with alcohol, unfortunately, are also present. There is no time for rest - eternal time trouble, but you need to relax quickly and effectively.

If the topic is interesting, you can read more details here: gajvrn.ru

And yet, if I were biased rating (it cannot be objective, because everything depends on the person), it would look like this:

1) lawyers of all stripes (here are deputies and law enforcement officials, after all, the power changes a person a lot); 2) doctors; 3) journalists; 4) military; 5) actors (here I think everything is obvious).

The military is in fourth place because, as it seems to me, in order to make a career in this area, a person himself must have certain character traits, over time they will become more pronounced, yes, but they were originally, otherwise there would have been no advancement in the military career ladder. But lawyers, doctors, journalists over the years in the profession are less and less like themselves at the beginning of the path.

In addition to the above professions, I would also like to add recruiting specialists. Every year each specialist evaluates and types at least 1000 people a year. After having spent 12-15 interviews in a day, you begin to evaluate anyone who comes into your field of vision. You involuntarily type each person, determine what to expect from him.

And besides, when selecting specialists, you immerse yourself in the specifics of their work, study what qualities are needed, how their work should be structured correctly. And when you meet, you involuntarily evaluate those around you: you selected sellers - you immediately see the pros and cons of their work, picked them up for the service sector - you also unconsciously begin to evaluate their work, etc.

People in uniform very quickly begin to see everyone as a higher or lower rank in terms of submission to their own will, doctors see your unusual beauty and your external features in terms of banal anatomical, physiological or psychosomatic abnormalities, the guard sees you as a bit of a violator or an interlocutor, a seller - a buyer, a personal growth trainer - a faceless infantile wallet, a bodybuilding trainer - another crap ...

I do not know who is the most, but doctors are exposed for sure. There is a whole range of bioethical problems: how to help a patient without harming oneself, how to survive the death of a patient, how to abstract from work outside of working hours. Plus, there is a huge responsibility (someone else's life is not a joke) and very little return (small salary, claims from former patients, pressure from the authorities ...). Therefore, over time, many doctors become withdrawn, cynical (this is all a kind of protection), or even completely depressed. The average duration of a doctor in Russia is 54 years. rg.ru
