I'm not a doctor. This is my opinion. If you work or study from a mostly seated position, stand. If you work as a courier, sit on your feet all day. But in whatever position you are, you need to stand upright, chest forward, shoulders back. You also need to sit upright, with your shoulders squared. Everything must be done wisely.

Rather, the upright and sitting position in the subway should be alternated. Both positions in large quantities are harmful to various vessels of the body.
