Will ecstasy make me feel worse?
I tried ecstasy for a month and a half (for the first time in my life), there were only two pills for a few times: I tried half of it once, and during the onset of the effect I started to burn my chest (as if my nerves were on fire), but when I completely went into the "high" - it's all gone. Th...

January, 2021I've been doing yoga for nine years now. But from time to time I have to do physical exercises with a load on the muscles. So that the muscles do not completely forget what physical activity is.
Yoga is more effective, and incomparable, for a feeling of cheerfulness. After half an hour of yoga, in the morning, I am vigorous and active all day.
But physical activity, I give the load with the weight of my body, push-ups, squats, abs. After 15 minutes of warm-up, I feel sleepy.
Of course, I'm slim and fit. But I've always been like that. But if you want to look slim and fit, I would recommend swimming.
But if you can combine both ... it would be great

January, 2021Yoga will not make you fit, since there is no movement. Movement is life. Something there is no world championship in yoga, or the Olympic Games in yoga, and there are no rugs on the playgrounds ...... The more energetic you move, the better your health, TURN ON YOUR BRAIN !!!!! The best yoga is sleeping at night. And in the morning exercise and a cool shower, this is a refreshing one !!!!!!
Answer 3
January, 2021Yoga gives a weak active load on the muscles. These are mainly stretching and passive loading. So it loses weight and shapes the figure badly.
Swimming is more effective for this.
Answer 4
January, 2021Yoga is not a sport))) Yoga is the union of mind and body. Asanas are not so much for flexibility and muscle tone as for attunement and the ability to hear yourself and throw out the trash. This can be a difficult painful process. Swimming + diet = result is just sport.

January, 2021sdrassti ... the main thing is to define the true meaning in our understanding of the term "fit". and there is a good reason ... you can't be fit whiter than. more than what? if you are engaged in swimming, I will emphasize SWIMMING, not splashing. long enough and regularly, you will definitely look like a new car. and if you master all 333 asanas perfectly and eat nothing but "grass", then you will become a guru and everyone will envy you. but if selfies then there is a difference ... NO !!! ... nothing will help.

January, 2021Yoga is, first of all, spiritual practices for self-knowledge and self-development.
Swimming is a great way to stay fit and lose weight. It is one of the most recommended cardio workouts in the world today.
So that both the first and the second will make you fit - both physically and intellectually :))

January, 2021Choose, focusing only on yourself! Why do you have more soul? Try this and that. And what will respond immediately or what will respond more - then practice. I was choosing between Pilates and yoga. I chose yoga. For the third year in the yoga theme))) And the body, even after the second birth, as before pregnancy. I'm not kidding or bragging)) Just regular practice - 5 times a week in the morning for 45-50 minutes. But I have a friend who is engaged in swimming and also has the most beautiful figure. In general, here you need to listen to yourself.
One advice can be given on yoga: if you decide, like me, to go to yoga))) and decide to start practicing at home, you will need a good complex for beginners - I liked this one https://rusyoga.ru/ osnovy-jogi / kompleks-uprazhnenij-jogi-dlya-nachinayushhih even after three years of practice I like to use it, modifying it a little for myself. And more importantly - do not rush to start performing false asanas or immediately sit in a twine or the same lotus. It will all come. Do not hurry. The main thing is to let the body feel the load and get used to it.

January, 2021Both of these activities are quite effective, but if you need fast results, then swimming is more suitable. Swimming burns more calories per hour compared to yoga, and if you follow the correct diet, the body will quickly transform.
When doing yoga with a toned body, flexibility will also gradually appear, which, of course, you will not get when swimming. There are simple exercises in yoga that everyone can try, such as the "low bar". This asana develops strength and endurance, it also strengthens the muscles of the arms and legs, muscles of the back and abdominal muscles, and tones the muscles of the abdominal cavity.
You can try to do the basics of yoga from the course that is in Alice's skills. There you will learn about different asanas, and in the practice mode the master will help you with their implementation.

January, 2021I think that both yoga and swimming can make a person fit. I know very fit swimmers and very fit yogis and yoginis. Everything here is very individual, but the main thing is just to do it.
When you start to play sports consistently and a lot, then you somehow improve your body, make it fit. For me it is yoga - I found myself in it. I like Ashtanga (one of the modern syncretic systems of hatha yoga), I practice it almost daily. There is physical activity, a spiritual component, and meditation.
It is important to find your sport, which would give you pleasure, would inspire you. It's not easy. And the same Ashtanga is also not very easy - it is some kind of overcoming myself every day, but I can’t live without it.
What is more useful? In fact, there is no single answer here. Everything is good - any physical activity is good.
