Previously, I always drank rimantadine at night, dressed warmly and went to bed earlier. It seems to have always helped, even if you are a little late with treatment. Recently I found a new way - pour boiling water over sea buckthorn berries and add 1/4 of mead. One glass of such a potion warms up well, although it leaves a slight alcoholic aroma.
