January, 2021Maybe you don't sleep much. Try modern smartphone alarms that wake you up in REM sleep. When I slept little during a difficult period of my life, I mastered alternative sleep techniques, which helped me a lot. I didn’t become more organized and healthier, but at least you don’t feel like a zombie, I was even kind of cheerful.
