Disturbed sleep
I wake up every day at four o'clock in the morning, toss and turn for an hour and a half in anxious thoughts and fall asleep again. On the one hand, everything seems to be in order for me: a stable job, personal life, and yet I experience some subconscious fears, because of which I wake up at night?

January, 2021There are symptoms of anxiety, which can only be determined by an experienced psychotherapist. Anxiety is most often of a reflexive nature (that is, at its origins, past grievances, innuendo, or doubts not eliminated in time). Do not confuse anxiety with intuition: anxiety attacks have nothing to do with your future, they are echoes of the past and in no way portend trouble. Drink a glass of warm milk or herbal tea before bed to calm your nerves. Best regards © BEAUTY BODY STUDIO
