I don't drink alcohol at all. If we consider the absorption of alcohol through the skin, it happens that I treat the wounds with iodine or brilliant green. This has developed historically. Roughly speaking, I just did not understand why take alcohol, if you can not do it. There have never been any problems in connection with the refusal. The surrounding people do not care.

I eat meat. The reason is that it is still difficult to qualitatively replace proteins and amino acids with vegetable ones. It is necessary either to make up a special diet, look for rare foods, some kind of nuts, mushrooms, etc. Or buy plant-based enteral nutrition, which is also less affordable than meat products. Regarding the taste of meat, I cannot say that I experience any emotions that are different from emotions from plant foods. Oh, and I hardly eat fish, because I don't like the taste of fish.

I take pills and medications only if there is an emergency. Fortunately, this happens rarely, maybe 2-3 times a year, some drops or an antibacterial spray. If the dentist offers pain relief, then I do not refuse. It is strange to refuse drugs if you know that without them there will be more harm to you.

I do not smoke. In general, I see no point in this. It is physically difficult to be near a smoking person. It stinks extremely unpleasantly and the smoke makes me cough. Vapers also look unaesthetic to me, the very physiological process of exhaling steam. I would only agree to this if it was a medical procedure, delivery of medicine to the lungs, etc. I have never used drugs. This is some kind of game. How bad, sad and hard it must be for a person to agree to this?

I don't drink coffee. I don't drink black tea. Green tea is extremely rare if I eat in a cafe or restaurant with someone. I don’t buy tea and coffee at home. Why? Because why? I don't care about the taste of tea. I have not tried real coffee and somehow it does not pull. Let's say I like it, and what to do next with it? Get used to it? What's the point? And so like the rules. Regulating sleep with coffee and energy drinks is also game. I somehow manage to go to bed when I want to sleep. And get up when you no longer want to sleep. If there is a need (or desire) not to sleep for a long time (I recently watched football until 5 in the morning), I just sleep later until I get enough sleep and that's it, the next day the regime restores itself.

I eat sugar, but I limit. Not because I am pursuing a goal. I don't need to lose weight, with an increase of 178 I hang 65 kg. SimpleSomehow, a lot of sweets don't come in. If you ate a bun or muffin for lunch, then you no longer want sweets for dinner. Especially if you have eaten some sweet berries or fruits between lunch and dinner. Carbonated drinks? Well this is. I can drink to try, but I won't buy it specifically. Thirst is not quenched, and I already know what sugar tastes like. Fast food is a broad concept, therefore, incomprehensible. If it is a pizza or a pastry, then they can be made from healthy products in such a way that they will be tasty, nutritious, and healthy. Here it rather depends on the quality and calorie content of products. I definitely don't like overeating. Sweat is hard and uncomfortable.

I rarely watch TV. There are several channels that sometimes offer quality programs. About culture, sports, music, travel, nature, educational documentaries. When you are bored of a hundred channels on two or three, you can find something. On TV, pleasure is in the joy of discovery. On the Internet, you yourself are looking for something. And on TV, a pleasant surprise from a surprise, if something interesting was found.

In addition to these things, there are many more things that are familiar and ordinary for other people, which I can easily refuse (I do not have a smartphone, for example). Refusal of these things is not some kind of my position, religious vow or a model of behavior imposed by someone. There is no training in willpower in this. It's just that somehow it all happened so that these things turned out to be unnecessary and incomprehensible to me. And if you live without these things and are happy, then why change something? Happiness is not in things, but in how you think, what place in the world you find for yourself. If this is the place of a joyful, happy person, then nothing else is needed.

Long ago, as soon as she began to live alone, she gave up TV . I hadn't seen it before, but I just didn't buy it for a new apartment. It seems to be nothing special, but I still come across a surprised reaction to the phrase "I don't have a TV."

And even the most beloved one is when the Internet provider calls and offers to connect TV for the next super-action. And you told him, "You know, I don't have a TV." Silence for a few seconds. "Oh. Sorry. Goodbye." And this is pronounced in a very sympathetic and understanding voice. Apparently, the provider has since thought that I live in a garage or at a bus stop.

Five years ago I gave up salt. And this only made the food tastier. Now I know the real taste of food.

Now I finally stopped eating sweet, flour, dairy products. It took me over a year to instill these taste habits and get rid of sugar addiction. But now I am not drawn to dessert after dinner or a roll at night. And, you know, I've never felt / looked so good.

I started to mute my phone for the weekend. In general, mute & unfollow are best friends. The notorious digital detox.

I stopped going to shops and malls to kill time. I go to grocery stores with a list))
