First, you need to work out basic exercises and include them in your workout.

  • Standing Press

Mainly focused on developing the middle muscle bundle, but it also works on the rest. You can use either a barbell or dumbbells.

Feet shoulder width apart. The bar must be held with a straight grip, hands opposite the shoulders, and raised to chest level. Breathe in when lowering the bar, exhale at the end of the lift.

  • Press behind the head

Develops the shoulder girdle, deltoid muscle, in general gives a good load on the upper back.

The exercise should be done while sitting. The back bends slightly, the grip should be done wide. On exhalation, the projectile rises up to the stop, on inhalation, the bar is lowered behind the head. It is better to do it without sudden movements, consistently and carefully.

  • Seated Press

Suitable for those who do not want to work out in the gym, great for daily workouts. Performed with dumbbells.

You need to sit on a chair with a back. Keep your back straight, not bending in the lower back, keep your head straight and look straight. The dumbbells in the initial position are on both sides of the head, at eye level, the elbows are turned to the sides. On exhalation, the dumbbells are squeezed up with effort until they stop, then there is a pause, after which, on inhalation, the hands smoothly return to their original position. You need to do this exercise without jerking, otherwise there is a risk of injuring your elbows.

But in order for the effect to be maximized, one must not forget about enough rest, during which the muscles are restored and strengthened.
