In my opinion, every home needs TRX. I use homemade, 10 minutes in the morning, while the coffee is infused. For any age, any physical training. I forgot about radiculitis and osteochondrosis. Body and spirit are in perfect order! Mom (81 years old) from the bed on the TRX then two sticks in hand and into the garden. Otherwise not how. I will definitely shoot a video. Classic simulators have many disadvantages. Price, narrow specialization, bulkiness, fragility. Think about health, be healthy !!!
