In my opinion, it is more correct not to count the calories of meals already eaten, but to plan meals and stick to this plan. But this is available only to those who know how to independently prepare 80-90% of their food, or who has such a person who will cook for him, for example, how my wife cooks for me. She plans the menu for the week for herself, me and the child, prepares on weekends and packs portions for me to work. What I like about this service is that it develops the habit of controlling its food and at the same time not at the expense of variety (and beer and pizza there periodically appear). Since this is an Internet service, there are no problems with cross-platform (it works even on a computer with windows7), the main thing is to use not the most exotic browser.

I use Lifesum - it is more convenient than FatSecret in my opinion, more visual and more interesting design. My bracelets didn't work well, I use the Polar heart rate monitor to count the calories burned during training and to determine the carid zone.

I used "Fat secret" a couple of years ago. There you can enter what you ate and how much and what was the activity. You also weigh yourself and write down the weight, you can add friends for yourself and monitor the progress of each other. A pleasant and understandable interface, a wide base of products and dishes, and if something is not there, then you can add your own, in general, I liked the application, it definitely fits for an android, it was on my phone and tablet, but I personally it tires me to write everything down like this and I gradually abandoned this business, it is much easier just to know the rules of proper nutrition and eat a balanced and healthy meal (well, this is for me personally).

In the spring I bought myself a bracelet, about which here already wrote, Xiaomi mi band. It is really cheap and very tenacious - the charge lasts for a month and a half. I knew before that I had a sedentary lifestyle, but not to such an extent ... He also registers sleep, I don't know how he does it, but it turns out very accurately. The only thing that I personally lack in it is the lack of heart rate measurement. Also an interesting thing, especially if there is a competitive spirit.

There is also an interesting application "Water your body" - it will do it over the liquid you have drunk and, if anything, reminds a person: "Drink water". You can also record your weight there.

I'm not sure that there is an application that will simultaneously count all your food and all your activity.

However, there is a (English-language) site cronometer.com, where you can enter everything you ate in a day and it will count calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and even vitamins and minerals. It's nice that he knows a lot about food, BUT all purchased food, of course, American, Russian will have to be added by ourselves.

You can also write down what kind of sport you played today and he counts how many calories you burned. You can also import data from Fitbit and Withings bracelets into your profile on the site (if you have the opportunity to buy them).

There is also a built-in (!) Very good program in Windows 8 (possibly in Windows 10 also), called MSN Health and Fitness, which has a pretty impressive database of Russian products. There are also cardio trackers, workout videos and symptom checker :) It seems to be installed on android.

Try the inexpensive Xiaomi mi band fitness bracelet for a start. Working in conjunction with a smartphone on Android or iOS, it will provide you with the basic information you need: the number of steps taken and, accordingly, calories burned, sleep quality, etc. The price of the bracelet is only about 1,000 rubles. Works itself out by 110%. After, having realized whether you need such a device, you can buy something more advanced and expensive. But as an amateur athlete I will tell you that the pros do not need them: a person who regularly plays sports himself perfectly monitors all the parameters without the help of wearable electronics. Perhaps such devices are good as a means of motivating to start exercising in the beginning.

Various fat secret and analogs are also offered. But it's much easier to study the whole thing in the AppStore or GooglePlay.
