I am using Flo and I absolutely love it. And there are many reasons for this:
I don't like the icons for most applications of this kind. They are trying to make them "obviously feminine", and the result is pictures for little princesses. Flo has a very simple and graceful icon - a white feather on a pink background. And no one will guess what kind of application it is if they pick up your phone)
But this is a trifle compared to the fact that you can recover data, since the application is tied to your mail. It helped me a lot when my phone broke.
The application has a very convenient notification system that you can customize for yourself. I use the reminder a few days before and the start day.
I have been using Flo since January and for the last two months it has been forecasting these days every day. It adjusts cycle length to suit your mood and how you feel.
It has become convenient to monitor not only menstruation, but also health in general. For example, if you want to lose weight, you can set a goal and it will always be in front of your eyes when you enter data. The curves of the graph are really very motivating)
I use this application mainly in order not to forget about the reception of OK, which must always be taken at the same time. The application can remind you to take the pill until you check it. It helps a lot)
In fact, I can write many more pluses, but you'd better find out about them yourself. It's better to see once)

I use an application with a simple and understandable name "Women's Calendar".
From the functionality: 1 - the calendar itself, which is displayed in the usual format with additional information for each day about the chance of pregnancy. The week before ovulation is marked with special icons for special vigilance :)
2 - History. This section essentially collects statistics on previous periods, showing their duration + cycle duration.
Notes. The notes can manually indicate the beginning and end of menstruation, intercourse, mood, as well as temperature, weight, possible symptoms and medications taken. Speaking of medications, you can add a reminder to take the same contraceptives.
In general, nothing superfluous: minimal advertising and ease of use.

I use the Clue program, of all that I have tried, this one is the most convenient. It is almost completely customizable, intuitive to use, clear and pleasant design. Sends good and timely notifications. With its help, you can track your periods, remember all your feelings, write down when there was sex and whether it was protected, enter any examinations, attach a note, and so on. As soon as I started using Clue, I removed all such apps from my phone.
