January, 2021Remember one thing. Martial arts are not practiced in order to drive gopniks. And to strengthen the spirit and improve physical capabilities. If you do not have the spirit to fight back on the street, then bring up strong-willed qualities. But if you take up boxing and will be less on the street, then I really don't want to ogrebet. And make people laugh, and you yourself will suffer. In general, I would recommend SAMBO.

January, 2021Drish answers!
I have been boxing since I was 12, then, after a long break, I went to Thai and I still do it. To be honest, I have not stopped being a drish. If the task is to gain mass, then it is better to go to the gym, if you learn how to fight and develop yourself physically - I recommend first going to boxing to acquire a base, and after a year or two move on. In wrestling, there is nothing to catch drischu, except for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or grappling.
Go to all sorts of systems, hell knows what to name someone out there, I strongly advise against it - a waste of time.

January, 2021Boxing. The best option is boxing. There you will be taught how to strike, how to defend, how to dodge and counterattack. And in general they will teach you how to work with your hands correctly. First, do this for at least a year, hone your skills, then you can go to the kickbox example, where the legs are included in the work. After that it doesn't matter whether you are skinny or not, you will be able to smudge the tomatoes :)
