At times, when I go to bed and start falling asleep, I get a strange feeling, as if my head is very dizzy. There is a sound in the ears, similar to when you close your eyes tightly (muscle vibration), only stronger. At the same time, I can not open my eyes and generally move for a while.
Is it a sleep paralysis or something else? turn over ", and the breath was vibrating (as if shaking).

What you are describing is more like hypnagogic hallucinations, which are a type of perception disorder. They appear in the form of images that arise in consciousness on the verge of wakefulness and sleep without any stimulus. The fact that at this moment you cannot move and open your eyes confirms the assumption that at the moment when you hear sounds and feel vibrations in the body, you are already partly asleep, but often your consciousness is still in a waking state. It really looks like sleep paralysis in that a person in a state of sleep paralysis has already partially plunged into sleep, and he sees the images that his unconscious produces, but at the same time his consciousness has not yet turned off completely, so he can be aware of himself and observe this strange condition.

What you are describing does not sound like sleep paralysis. Usually this state is manifested by the fact that a person wakes up, is conscious, and cannot move. You have a much richer picture. In this situation, I would recommend contacting a neurologist. It may be necessary to conduct a night sleep study - polysomnography to assess what is happening in your sleep

While we can say that some functional processes are taking place in the brain as we fall asleep. From the point of view of neurology and neurophysiology, these can be different processes. First you need to do video EEG monitoring, but before that it is better to see a neurologist.
