From the previous speaker, the point is correct, except that foods with a high glycemic index should be exchanged for foods with a low glycemic index. They are the ones that are slowly absorbed.

Moreover, the fat and protein composition of the portion should still correspond, if possible, to the daily intake. If you take some product with a low glycemic index, for example, white cabbage, then it contains quite a few carbohydrates and you need to eat several kilograms to meet the daily requirement, so you need to study which foods contain how much of what. Foods with an average glycemic index are likely to be difficult to replace, for example, various cereals.

One meal, after all, is very bad. For example, there may be stagnation of bile in the gallbladder and stones may form, which someday may even lead to death. We need to do our best to look for ways to eat something during the day. It's hard to imagine what circumstances are so important not to.

Eat in the morning. Moreover, there are foods that have a high glycemic index: bread, fried potatoes, rice ... drink beer. In general, more complex carbohydrates.

Such a diet will, firstly, be wrong, and, secondly, very harmful. But at the same time it will be the least harmful. Foods with a high glycemic index are digested very slowly. It does not burn out in a couple of hours, but can feed the body with energy all day. If you choose the right portion size and eat it in the morning, you can last the whole day without feeling hungry.

Over time, of course, a lot of diseases will appear. But on the other hand, there is a good chance that excess weight will not accumulate. The fact is that the first half hour after waking up is a very important time. During this period, the body is in an indeterminate state, trying to figure out how things are with food. If at this moment at least something is eaten, it will switch to normal operation with normal energy consumption. If this morning "window" is skipped, then the body will switch to an economical mode of operation by the end of the day. All day long there will be weakness and a feeling of apathy. You won't want to do anything. And one cannot get out of this state with food. In the economy mode, the body almost completely converts all incoming food into fat, spending energy to a minimum. The logic of the organism is as follows. If you did not eat right after waking up, then there are some problems with food. And even if there are some supplies during the day, they are most likely unscheduled, and it is better to stock them up for the future.

UPDATE: "High glycemic index" should be read as "low glycemic index".
