Diets other than weight loss can lead to undesirable health effects. The safest and at the same time effective diet is a diet based on a balanced diet.
What a daily diet should look like.
Breakfast. Complex carbohydrates (porridge - oatmeal, buckwheat, barley, pearl barley, etc.) and protein (eggs, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, natural chicken sausages, ham, cheese, fish)
First snack: fruit. You can add nuts and natural yogurt to fruits.
Lunch: complex carbohydrates (porridge - quinoa, bulgur, pearl barley), protein (chicken, turkey, beef, fish) and fiber (stewed, baked vegetables, in the form salads)
Second snack. Vegetable salad with chicken breast or natural yoghurt or a sandwich with vegetables and chicken 1-2 times a week. Plus natural sugar in the form of dried fruits, a couple of slices of dark chocolate (85% or more).
Dinner: easily digestible protein (fish, chicken, turkey) and fiber (stewed or baked vegetables for more comfortable digestion)
It is important to drink the daily amount of water! Without water, the weight goes badly!
Add unrefined vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons) and 1 teaspoon of butter to the porridge in the morning to ready meals.

There are only therapeutic diets without harm to health (table number 1-15). Of these, the most effective for losing weight is table number 10 (diseases of the cardiovascular system), if you need it faster. There is a table number 1 (gastritis, ulcer), on this you will lose weight slowly but surely. But these diets are pretty strict. But table number 8 - a special diet only for weight loss. Unlike other non-medicinal diets, these diets can be followed for at least a lifetime.

Another thing is when you consciously choose your diet and eat like that for a long time. a habit is formed, you start to treat food differently, the result is permanent.
