I don’t want to upset anyone (maybe it’s different now), but 13 years ago it was written like this https://uucyc.ru/statistics/288:
Latex condom pores 50-500 times larger than HIV
Lying about the protective properties of the condom is one of the main reasons for the spread of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases.
AIDS virus - 0.1 microns;
syphilis bacteria - 1.5 microns;
sperm - 3 microns, length up to 15 micron.
The latex pores of the condom are 5 to 50 microns in size, which is 50 to 500 times the size of the AIDS virus ( compare a fist to a doorway ).
Source: urologist-andrologist-urogynecologist Krasnozhon Dmitry Andreevich.
Maybe today the pores of high quality latex have decreased, but they are unlikely to be less than 0.1 microns (the size of the AIDS virus).
They will not be able to penetrate the condom, but if, for example, you remove the condom, get your fingers dirty in the infected mucous membrane of your partner, and then use the same hands to crawl into your manhood, then there is a chance to get infected. It's not enough to put on a condom - they need to be able to use it from start to finish.
