Good fat burning cardio , and they can even be done at home . I'll tell you what exercises can replace running or cycling.

  • Running in place . This is a fairly simple exercise, so make it harder to burn more calories. For example, you can raise your knees high or, on the contrary, overlap your shins back. Do this for 10-15 minutes.
  • Burpee . There are many ways to do this exercise. The most common one. Stand straight, then sit down and, leaning on your hands, take the support while lying (legs go back in a jump). Then push up and sit down again (pull your legs in a jump to your chest), then jump high up. Do all this at an intense pace at least 10-15 times.
  • Boxing . Get into a boxer stance and start boxing with your hands. To increase the load, hold light dumbbells or small bottles of water in your hands. Do it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Jumping Jack . Stand straight, then jump up and spread your arms and legs apart in a jump. Then, in the same jump, return to the starting position. It is better to put on a fitness band on your legs (just below the knees) - the load on the hips will be higher.

Do not forget to add proper nutrition to sports, limit your daily calorie intake to make it easier to lose weight.

The weight itself is not so terrible, it is important how you feel and in what condition your body is. Moreover, low weight or dramatic weight loss can be even more harmful than being overweight.

In your case, you are in complete norm and you have a wonderful desire to take care of yourself.

I had a similar problem and i have tried various approaches. I went to the gym, ran, tried yoga. It was just never interesting for me to work with iron.

On the plus side, the sessions are short and intense. You do not need to spend too much time and you can work out in your free minutes in the evening.

A little explanation.

Actually, it's not difficult to guess I need to lose weight. At 17, my weight is 85 kg with a height of 185 cm. In theory, this is the border of the norm. But at the same time I have a big belly and legs.
I just want to remove it all. I want to lose weight by at least 5-10 kg. There is desire and time. But I have no idea what exercises should be done.

I read a lot and realized that the most important thing is proper nutrition and exercise. And if everything is clear with the first, then with the second it is not very good. Many sites advise exercises that can only be performed with special equipment. I don't have one.

I would like to hear some tips on the most effective exercises. (At home I only have an old 3-4 kg kettlebell and a bicycle).
