I am with insulin resistance and restriction on glucose and carbohydrates are recommended: salads with a combination of protein and fiber in a sweet - salty combination of flavors (fried peas / corn in butter with salt and garlic + celery + salad + cucumber + onion + boiled egg + cherry); a sandwich on dark bread with butter and red salted fish; chocolate with stevia instead of sugar or fructose. Moderate doses of sauces such as caesar, shabu-shabu, 1000 islands will diversify lean dishes.
Manty with pumpkin! Slightly sweet and tasty! Very tasty! So my 140 signs have come to an end, which must be met to answer the question! =)
Tasty and sweet are not the same concepts. Sweet food can be as tasteless as any other. There is a huge variety of tastes besides sweets - meat, vegetable, fish dishes, sauces and snacks, baked goods and drinks, canned and freshly prepared. My top sweets, though they are all unavailable to me for health reasons: okroshka, pilaf, manti, cabbage rolls, Balkar khychins, vegetable salads, juicy fruits.
