January, 2021I understand the question.
Now they are promoting a healthy lifestyle. But at the same time, there are a lot of those who, for example, run and smoke at the same time.
Another does not run in the morning, he takes a taxi to work, but he does not smoke.
I believe that smoking and jogging is more harmful, because a running person "erases" all the advantages of running with his smoking.
A person who does not harm his body with alcohol and tobacco, in principle, can just walk for 40 minutes before bed and this "sport" will be enough for him.
Don't smoke or drink, and you will be happy!

January, 2021It is in this case that it is better not to play sports, not drink or smoke - so you run the risk of simply earning obesity and then only if you are inclined to it, but if you follow a diet, then you can forget about obesity. And if you actively drink and smoke, you can earn lung cancer, problems with digestion, with the cardiovascular system - and then, believe me, no sport will help you.
