Digital detox is a period of time during which a person refrains from using electronic devices such as smartphones or computers to reduce stress, stress and focus on the real world.

Here are some tips for digital detox:

Separate work and personal time. During work, do only business, without interruption on social networks and instant messengers. If you are on a forced weekend, replace work with something useful for yourself - learning a foreign language, creativity, a hobby. The best rest is a change of activity.

Exercise and warm up. Even an elementary set of exercises - joint warm-up, a few squats and bends - will improve blood circulation and overall mood.

Do not sit on the phone while eating and before bed. If the mobile phone literally crawls into your hand, use a box that blocks radio signals to combat digital addiction. Modern problems with the arrival of technology require the same modern solutions. As practice has shown, simply turning off the phone and "airplane mode" does not help - it is necessary, at a subconscious level, to develop a new habit of temporary abandonment of the smartphone.
