January, 2021Biohacking is an attempt to hack our aging and dying program. The minimum task is to prolong health and youth. There are several components of biohacking:
physical activity
psychohygiene
a balanced diet
using food supplements.
From all this and start. I've been blogging on this topic for 7 years now, and I've tried everything I write about myself. There are a lot of interesting finds along the way. For example, a drug to protect DNA and prolong life. These are not all known Omega-3s, vitamins, magnesium and more. This is for real biohackers. :) Wellcome to my blog:

January, 2021Dear Michael! Biohacking is a wellness practice aimed at continually improving health and quality of life. This technique involves a comprehensive examination, including specific laboratory parameters (including genetic ones), an assessment of the state of physical and psychological health. After such an examination, doctors of different specialties are consulted (nutritionist, fitness trainer, psychologist, cosmetologist), drug, dietary therapy is prescribed, the mode of physical activity is selected, etc. Further, the recommendations are constantly corrected and repeated examinations, that is, dispensary observation. Thus, a healthy person is prescribed to constantly take a large number of various dietary supplements, vitamin and mineral complexes, stimulants and similar drugs. Biohacking is a very expensive new way of life, which must be adhered to constantly, and not a one-time event. There are no multicenter clinical trials with an evidence base to assess the effectiveness of the proposed practice, as well as there are no legally registered specialists in preventive medicine. At the moment, it is a fashionable trend.
