In such situations, I try to find the so-called "saving thought" and think about it when everything becomes unbearable. It's like a light at the end of a tunnel (sorry for the analogy). Well, that is, this stress will not be endless, this is the first thing. Someday (the more specific the date is, the better) it will end. Think about it. And of course, of course, please yourself! Go to places where you can rest your mind / body / head. Eat delicious food. Dance. Watch movies, TV shows, read books. Surround yourself with nice people. Wear nice clothes, cut your hair the way you want. Make yourself a happy person.
