First of all, you need to give up fast food. First candidate: McDonald's. The bread in the sandwiches contains gluten as well as yeast. From gluten, you get a wonderful disease called celiac disease. And yeast will cause fermentation in the intestines with all the ensuing consequences.
Meat for sandwiches is cheap because the animals were fed with growth hormones and antibiotics. However, if you want to weigh more than one hundred and fifty kilograms, then you do not need to give up such sandwiches: the growth hormone will quickly do its job and you will turn into a monster. At the same time, it is better not to get sick, since many modern antibiotics will not affect you, because you are already used to them, absorbing them along with sandwiches.
Fast food is also genetically modified foods, potatoes. Otherwise, it won't be cheap. Do you want to experience how GMOs work? Then don't listen to this advice of mine and continue to eat fast food on a regular basis. There is a chance to check if you will earn some wonderful mutation or not.
But what about the oil used to fry potatoes? Changing it frequently can be expensive. Therefore, it is not often changed. In the West, this method of frying in the same oil has been called simply and unpretentiously for a long time: "Instant Kenser". So here, too, there is an opportunity to test the strength of your body.
Add Coca-Cola to this. Delicious? Even some! Harmful? Not always. Oddly enough, Coca-Cola helps if you overeat persimmons. In this case, rather hard lumps appear in the intestines, from which you can die. And Coca-Cola dissolves them.
By the way, the Coca-Cola manufacturer does not regret adding sugar to it. But that's not all. As it turned out, those who regularly drink soda die faster. The point is that carbon dioxide kills telomeres. And if there are no telomeres, the cell will not divide properly. The result is the same oncology. So the combination of sugar and carbon dioxide: an explosive mixture. But tasty, no doubt about it.
None. There are no absolutely healthy or absolutely harmful products. Everything is very individual. What is harmful for one person is completely harmless for another, and vice versa. Although it is obvious that, for example, sugar is not good for the teeth, and salty food leads to increased pressure and constipation. In addition, there are foods, the consumption of which should certainly be limited. These are foods high in fat and carbohydrates - chips, salted nuts, hamburgers, fries, donuts. This does not mean that we should not eat it at all, but let it be a rare pleasure.
