Good afternoon!

I recommend Qigong practice. You can start by practicing breathing with a set of energy, so you will not only calm down, but also feel a surge of strength. If stress is associated with difficult experiences, you can do a simple chest opening exercise "Buddha looks at the sun." If you have a problem with negative emotions, do the 6 Healing Sounds set.

Breathing pranayama from yoga. Even just full yogic breathing in combination with ujayi helps to concentrate and calm down.

I will add one more technique.
Breathe in the air deeply, so that it first fills the lower lobes of the lungs, then the middle and then the upper ones. The inhalation should be "wavy". So 6 seconds. Then hold your breath for 5 seconds, and after that, in the same way, under the count from bottom to top, exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat until calm down. The main thing in all this is to fully concentrate on numbers and breathing, abstract from the situation and listen to silence, even where it is not.

At one of the seminars at the business school, we were advised this way to calm down before an exam or interview: inhale deeply through one nostril, exhale as much as possible through the other. At a calm pace, you need to do 4-5 cycles. They say it helps to calm down and concentrate.
