Depends on what you mean by "fix". Any structural or functional impairment? The construction of yoga practice depends on this.

I practice yoga for precise alignment of the spine. In this practice, the emphasis is on the human bone structure, and primarily on spine. And also on the postural or deep muscles. The protocol contains 4 important steps:

Relaxation → Movement → Coordination → Strength

The main goal of Critical Alignment Yoga - CAY is to restore mobility and extension of the spine, find a new balance and create a sense of space in the body. The method allows you to normalize the condition of the spine, get rid of back pain, and relieve chronic stress and fatigue. When all the vertebrae are in motion, then all organs are active: you can move without effort, finding pleasure in everything you do.

Practicing precise alignment will teach the body to move correctly and safely for the spine - as a result, pain will disappear and tension in your back, and your mood will improve.
