I eat cottage cheese, boiled eggs
Sometimes bread, why does it help when there are nighttime stomach pains. Sometimes I eat cheese and wash it down with warm milk. Everything else does not allow conscience to eat.
I am a classic "night priest". This is very bad, but such a lifestyle :(
I am trying to overcome myself, but I can not do anything, therefore, I prepare in advance and at about 3.00 I eat something prepared in advance. Most often this is:
Korean carrots, cabbage salad (with butter)
a piece of soft (non-fermented cheese)
because too lazy to brush your teeth (and for the sake of continuing sleep) - an apple.
But you don't need to eat at night, although if you really want "I can't sleep ...", then ...
I try to eat either fruits or vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers. If at all unbearable, then scrambled eggs without butter and yolks.
