Emigration to where doctors are needed, not parliamentarians, is the best solution. Europe and North America are open and doctors have huge salaries there, often ahead of lawyers, financiers and other crap.

Go to science? So we and scientists have beggarly salaries) Unlike developed countries.

Work for a couple of years in domestic medicine for the sake of experience, and then go to a private clinic. In science, salaries are the same scanty, plus there is almost no funding. Business ... it's easy to get burned there if you start from scratch. So the best option is to get a job at a private clinic
