For normal functioning, the human body needs a whole list of vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and essential fatty acids. And it is difficult for the average person to replenish the daily intake of all the necessary substances from food. For this, biologically active additives have been created. But before taking them, you should contact a specialist and find out the reason for the deterioration of health: is it really a lack of a vitamin or is it just accumulated fatigue? The method of influencing the problem will also depend on the cause. You should not, at any opportunity, independently prescribe vitamin complexes for yourself, trust the opinion of the doctors.

Personally, I only take curcumin from Evalar + ascorbic acid. It really helps not to get sick ... in any case, I don't even remember the last time I had ARVI or the flu. Well, everything is made of steel, for hair, nails, skin ... I think everyone should choose this individually

If there is no allergy and the body accepts, then Indian production of turmeric. This is a natural antibiotic, we use the whole family: at the first sign of a cold and for prophylactic purposes, we drink turmeric powder a couple of times a year for a month in the morning and evening for 1/3 tsp. in 15 minutes before meals. I add to almost all dishes - it's beautiful, tasty, and healthy.

Food you can drink all year round absolutely everyone.

1) Omega-3 acids , 500- 1000 mg daily. In the form of linseed oil, fish oil, krill oil, or separately EPA DHA acids, as you like. This acid is difficult to obtain in sufficient quantities through a regular diet, and it is extremely beneficial for the whole body.

2) Probiotics. They are very different and aimed at different results. In addition, it is not necessary to drink them in capsule format, since they are also found in natural yogurt. It's just that the dosage is higher in capsules, and it's easier to drink a capsule than to stuff a milk culture into yourself every day, even if you are not in the mood. You can also connect to them prebiotics .

Here I would also add what you can drink in courses for several months:

3) Ubiquinol is the active form of Coenzyme Q10. Especially if you are over 30 years old. Good prevention of heart and vascular diseases, tones up the body.

4) Vitamin D and calcium (in pairs they are well absorbed) in winter . Everyone knows that vitamin D is produced ONLY by exposure to sunlight? So in winter it is better to additionally help the body so as not to get depressed from a lack of this vitamin.

5) Antioxidants. Again, especially if you are over 30. Antioxidants fight free radicals that destroy our body. Astaxanthin is considered the best at the moment. But there are many different, you can study.

There are many more supplements that you can take, but here you have to start from a specific problem. Poor vision (lutein), weak joints (horse chestnut, rutin), etc. etc.

What I do not advise to take constantly, and especially without thoughtful analysis, is multivitamin complexes . They may contain unnecessary dosages, vitamins and minerals you don't need, or even vitamins to which you are allergic. Domestic vitamins can be of poor quality. And in general, the question of how much we need additional vitamin complexes now, with such a varied diet, is still open.

None. This is very individual. Athletes need some, "cores" need others. Owls and larks are also different.

The best option is to consult a doctor (or better with several, because many now conclude contracts with manufacturers of drugs and advise them, and not analogues that may be better or cheaper). It's not a good idea to choose yourself. And there is no universal remedy.

And yes, vitamins, dietary supplements and other additives are not a panacea. You need to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat more or less properly, observe minimal hygiene, and so on.
