March, 2021Dear Matvey! If you decide to conduct a blood glucose test in the morning, then at night you should not eat foods that contain a large percentage of carbohydrates (sweets, citrus fruits, pastries, sugary carbonated drinks, etc.). The last meal should be no later than 20.00 hours. Dinner should be light. Alcohol should not be consumed 1-2 days before the liver and kidney examination. In order to avoid chyle of blood serum the day before the examination, it is necessary to limit the intake of fatty, fried, spicy. When examining blood for uric acid, it is necessary to exclude the intake of meat, fish, strong tea, coffee in 1 day. Do not eat a lot of protein-rich foods before doing a urinalysis.
