January, 2021depends on desire. If you wish, you can learn anything you want. Yes, there is an option that someone has a "start-up capital" in the form of good hearing, for example, but without properly targeted regular classes there is a risk of wasting time and, as they say, making people laugh. I do not agree with the comrade above, tk. more and more complex techniques listed above are covered when the vocalist knows some basic techniques and only then do vibrattos, splits and other interesting things begin.
For those who just want to "be able to sing" (in the sense that they are not ashamed of their cries of the soul), it is enough for one to consciously do this for a rather short period of time (about time is relative, because it is very individual) or take a couple of lessons from an experienced teacher.

January, 2021The ability to hit the notes, work competently with air supply is not very difficult. Of course, someone has inclinations for this, someone has less of them.
It is much more difficult to learn how to make vibrato in pitch and / or volume, to mix drive vocals with clean vocals to get a beautiful light (or not easy ) hoarse, although this is also just a technique.
But already having a special beautiful and original timbre of voice is already from the category of "someone has, and someone does not".
