Also, nothing terrible will happen if you eat a ball of marshmallow (not in chocolate), or a small portion of marshmallow, marmalade (preferably without sugar sprinkling). The calorie content of these desserts per 100 g is up to 300 calories.
Any fruit. Even a banana, which is shrouded in some kind of aura of harmfulness and calorie content (which is not true). A banana, which seems to be the most high-calorie fruit, has fewer calories than a can of cola. But you won't be full of cola, and a banana is a great satiety, plus it contains a lot of vitamins and everything useful. Well, the banana is delicious.
