In addition to the main constructivist Bammes, Yenyo Barchai is considered a good anatomist, but in comparison, his drawing is so-so, and his presentation is not the best. G. Guicecu is good for a deeper study (there is also a lot of photographic material in the books). For acquaintance to students of art colleges, the Anatomical drawing of the human body by A. Sunyoga is suitable. He has a more scenic approach

As noted, Bammes is very good. Look at the books of Mogilevtsev and Nikolai Li. Also Ryzhkin Alexander Nikolaevich, (there is such an interesting teacher) recommends turning to anatomy for animators.

In general, from experience I will say the same thing, it is best to copy the Masters and those whose technique you like, while copying, each tubercle will raise questions, you will look and remember.

And just reading books on anatomy is useless, you need to refer to them in the process of creating a picture when a question arose

Bern Hogarth's Dynamic Anatomy. Unfortunately, it is currently not on sale in paper form (at least in Moscow). But you can easily download a scanned book in good quality.

I highly recommend Godfried Bammes - one of the best textbooks on plastic anatomy. Unfortunately, the book is expensive, but worth it!
