Hello everyone! Can anyone know what the basic guidelines should be for multiple sclerosis? Well, that is, what conditions are critical and necessary in a person's life?
Answer 1
January, 2021I love making tea punch with lemons and spices. Sugar is used, but navat (grape juice).
Recipe: add sliced lemons (1-2), cinnamon stick, cloves to tea. We heat over low heat, without bringing to a boil, add navat. 10-15 minutes and the drink is ready, you can serve with finely chopped fresh apple.

January, 2021I'm a big fan of unusual hot drinks. I will share my ideas.
Rosehip infusion. I brew in a thermos with the calculation of one tablespoon of fruit for one glass of boiling water. Sometimes I add a small handful of raisins, dried apricots or dried fruits, sweetener (I have fructose) - to taste, you don't have to add it. You can pour into cups and drink in about an hour and a half, when the rosehip is sufficiently infused.
Non-alcoholic mulled wine. I cook on the basis of homemade fruit drink from frozen berries (lingonberries, cranberries, blueberries or a combination of both). Grind a couple of handfuls of berries in a blender, pour 1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. I filter the slightly cooled fruit drink and add to it: 2 sticks of cinnamon, 6-7 stars of cloves, 6-7 peas of black pepper, 3 tbsp. sweetener, a pinch of grated ginger, orange peels, half a diced apple. Then I reheat it. Without bringing to a boil, remove from heat and let it brew for about 10 minutes. According to this recipe, mulled wine turns out to be very rich, tart and aromatic, and in taste is almost indistinguishable from the classic version on wine.
Ginger drink. I cook in a French press with the calculation of one teaspoon of grated ginger root or a little more for one glass of boiling water. Although in all the "canonical" recipes it is said that the ginger drink must be brewed by all means, I did not notice the difference between infused with boiling water and boiled ginger. I drank about four months daily (I get addicted easily). Yum!
Chicory. The drink tastes a bit like coffee. I brew in the usual way: pour boiling water over and let it brew for about 5-10 minutes. You can add sweetener, milk or cream to taste.
Ivan tea. Very tasty and delicious color, be sure to try it if not already. It is rarely sold in ordinary stores, look in the "Sea of Tea" and in pharmacies. Brewed like a regular tea.
Blue orchid tea. I bought it in Thailand, but in Russia you can also find it in online stores. Throwing orchid flowers into a cup, pouring boiling water over them and watching the blue streams spread from them is a special pleasure. The taste of the drink, in contrast to the color, is not too intense and resembles weakly brewed green tea (but this does not prevent you from loving it).
A drink made from dried pears. You can take any dried fruit, but pears, in my opinion, are especially tasty. I do it in a French press, pouring a glass of boiling water over a handful of fruits, let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
Mint-thyme-lemongrass (fresh). Favorite combination of herbs. Often sold together in grocery stores under the pseudonym "tea set". I brew in a French press, add lime if desired.
Indian masala (although it is caffeinated). I heat up 2 cups of water by adding 2 teaspoons of black tea and a teaspoon of grated ginger to it, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Then I pour in 1.5 cups of milk, add 5 clove stars, 8-10 allspice crushed with a spoon, sweetener and bring to a boil again. Then I immediately take it off the heat, filter it and drink it. Very ina tasty and unusual drink.

January, 2021On my own I can recommend cocoa. Half tsp powder, half a cup of boiling water, add milk - done. Of course, sugar tastes better for me, but you can drink without sugar, if it's important.

January, 2021The classic coffee substitute is chicory. The drink is healthy, does not contain caffeine. And just hot drinks without caffeine and sugar - there are many of them, you can just boil milk.

January, 2021Herbal teas are corny, like decaf coffee, but, for example, you can do this - I take effervescent vitamin C, which is sold in supermarkets, add sweetener, cinnamon and pour boiling water - it's delicious. If you love teraflu - even more so. There is a line of syrups with sugar substitute (calorie-free) "Black Sea", they can also be poured with boiling water, it is possible with berries and fruits. You can brew ginger root or cook mulled wine with dry wine.

January, 2021Without stimulating substances, this is hot water. If we make a drink with something, then in this "with what" there are certainly certain substances that can be called both "stimulating" and whatever. Even in cranberries or lingonberries boiled in boiling water, one can find "stimulation".
