To get leaner, you need:

  1. Stick to proper nutrition. Forget about fast food, fried, flour, unhealthy sweets. In the morning combine complex carbohydrates with proteins, in the second - lean more on proteins. Healthy fats also need to be consumed; linseed oil is ideal for losing weight.
  2. Go in for sports. A good result will be a cardio load for 30-60 minutes 1-2 times a week + strength training 3 times a week. Training should be circular: take small weights and do a lot of repetitions. If you don't want to go to the gym, then at least start running or cycling, sign up for a dance - it is important to increase your physical activity and calorie consumption. Drink a serving of L-Carnitine before exercising to speed up fat burning.
  3. Use anti-cellulite creams: they work very well in combination with physical activity.

Indeed, it is impossible to lose weight locally, but the approach may be special.

The solution seems to me like this:

  1. Sports. Strength training is known to only grow the muscles that you train. Aerobics, on the other hand, leads to weight loss of the whole body.

For the systematic loss of excess weight, it is enough to engage in cardio exercises 3 times a week for 40-60 minutes. The most energy-intensive way is running and jumping rope.

And in order not to lose weight in the upper body, it is enough to swing it 2 times a week. Moreover, you need to do exercises only on the upper body. This will help maintain muscle mass above the waist. In total, we get 5 workouts per week. Strength training and cardio workouts are best done on different days.

Alternatively: Mon, Wed, Fri - cardio workouts. Tue, Thu - strength training (possible at home).

  1. Food. The most effective, in my opinion, is five meals a day, in small portions, complex carbohydrates before 16:00, proteins after 16:00.

  2. Cosmetic care:

  • Scrub ;

  • wrap with anti-cellulite cream (very good and inexpensive "Vitek");

  • massage.

Excess weight cannot be lost locally (unless you get rid of a limb ...)! Forget about this misconception forever.

And in general, the most effective way to lose weight (and most importantly - to maintain the result and, in principle, to improve health) is sports and proper nutrition, but by no means diets and much less hunger.
