I have lived in the world for 60 years and during this time, doctors, nutritionists, etc., every now and then changed their minds (recent studies show) about healthy eating. This also applied to protein foods (eggs, various meats) , and fats (butter, lard, sunflower), fruits, etc. I adhere to this, listen to your body, eat a little and for pleasure, and all this "scientific data" is just making money and academic titles By the way, I feel good and happy with life.

In fact, lay them out in whole packs. And what is considered useful or harmful today, after new research, can be listed in a completely different category. This is normal. And if so, then perhaps - aggressive marketing, in favor of organic products, and as a result, the conviction of society that GMOs are harmful, I would call the most widespread myth.

For example, excessive demonization of sugar and salt, " detox ", some parasites, it's all there. When they talk about the dangers of GMOs, they sell the same food, with a sticker, about organicness. (At best)

When they talk about the dangers of sugar and salt, they sell sweeteners.

When they talk about detox, they also sell all sorts of dietary supplements and so on.

Generally. Nothing personal, as they say. Just business.

P.s. Read more research, from primary sources, in original language. And not their translation, then interpretation, then re-interpretation, which ultimately go into a completely different jungle, or even completely - into outright delirium, which can harm or even kill.

Many people, with the filing of marketers, believe that their body is full of some kind of "slags" and "toxins", and it must be permanently cleansed.

Well, about all sorts, God forbid, "organic" products are sickening even to remember.
