• with prolonged use of drugs in large doses, lethargy, drowsiness, depression, weakness, decreased performance appear;

• an excess of medication will not decrease, but will increase blood pressure.
  In case of an overdose with an alcoholic solution of valevyanka, you can add to the previous symptoms:

• decrease in heart rate - bradycardia;

• sleep disturbance;
• persistent severe headaches, migraine-like, which cannot be stopped by taking other drugs;
• a large number of drops of valerian can lead to heartburn and constant nausea, because the work of the stomach glands is constantly stimulated;
• chronic processes in the digestive system can be aggravated.
  Is it possible to die from an overdose of valerian? Such a possibility cannot be ruled out, but for this you need to consciously drink a huge number of tablets or tinctures.
