February, 2021There are two standard treatment regimens.
1) Start treatment with a three-component regimen, which includes:
Proton pump inhibitor (optional: omeprazole 20 mg, lansoprazole 30 mg, esomeprazole 20 mg ) 2 times a day
Clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times a day
Amoxicillin 1000 mg or Metronidazole 500 mg 2 times a day
The combination of these drugs should be taken at least a week, but it is considered more effective to take medications for 10 14 days.
2) Four-component scheme
Proton pump inhibitor (optional: omeprazole 20 mg, lansoprazole 30 mg, esomeprazole 20 mg) 2 times a day
Preparations of bismuth salts (De-Nol ) 120 mg 4 times a day
Metronidazole 500 mg 3 times a day
Doxycycline 500 mg 4 times a day
Treatment must be received within 14 days. Avoid repeating the antibiotics given to the patient in the three-way regimen to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
