No, they were not completely healthy: archaeologists find a lot of bones with traces of serious diseases.

On the other hand, the same archaeologists allow us to learn that people learned to treat their fellow tribesmen a long time ago and they were not alien to caring for crippled relatives, although, of course, life expectancy was short.

Also, people did not always eat normally - remains with traces of vitamin deficiency and hunger are constantly encountered. Although there is also the opposite - there are remains with traces of hypervitaminosis, caused, as suggested by an excess of liver in the diet.

In general, they had possibly healthier teeth, because sugar was not readily available and the food was rougher. But the abundance of tartar suggests that their breathing was probably not very pleasant.

Of course not. They had injuries, dirt got into their wounds, causing anaerobic infections (gangrene, that's all), sepsis. Fractures healed incorrectly, deforming limbs. Depending on the region, there could be terrible vitamin deficiencies, fraught with serious consequences. Sexually transmitted diseases should not be forgotten either, and I think there were enough viruses in that world. So no one has ever been completely healthy.

Well, if you eat berries of dubious origin, there are corpses of probably sick animals without high-quality processing - normal food for you, then I have bad news.
In fact: no, of course. People lived in unsanitary conditions, as I mentioned earlier - they ate poorly, did not have any medicine, which is why infections, colds and so on spread very well and quickly. Therefore, there were no absolutely healthy people (by the way, and now there are none)
As they say, there are no absolutely healthy people. There are under-examined.
